Sometimes traditional steam rooms and saunas can be too intense for me and I end up getting overheated and anxious, but not with the sauna tent! It was great to be able to adjust the heat and amount of steam myself to suit my comfort, and know that at anytime, I could just stick my nose/head out to get some air. This, combined with the fact that the tent can be folded and rolled up to go just about anywhere, makes it the perfect product for a customized spa experience whenever, wherever.

I absolutely loved the experience! I struggle with tightness in my chest, and the steam in combination with the herbs left me feeling open and fresh. I ABSOLUTELY love the sauna tent. My nose is often blocked most of the time, and after trying the sauna tent with the herbal blend, it definitely helped cleared it up! An absolute must have for self pampering.
